Dianna’s career has included distinguished service in the highest ranks of U.S. foreign policymaking, as well as consulting and pro bono work in international and nonprofit organizations. As a key advisor to the U.S. Under Secretary of State for Civilian Security and Human Rights, and then as a Director of the National Security Council, Dianna helped to steer U.S. policy on Africa, security sector reform initiatives, and transitional justice matters. She also has extensive experience developing and managing multifaceted programs on a range of issues, from public health crises like HIV/AIDS, to vexing law enforcement and justice sector challenges in transitioning states. Dianna’s passion for international development and rule of law work will further strengthen Lexpat’s ability to help our clients succeed in even the most challenging environments.
