Discussion About the Arrest of and Case Against Felicien Kabuga

Next Wednesday, July 22, Lexpat Managing Director Adam Pearlman is will be moderating a discussion about the recent arrest of Felicien Kabuga, one of the world’s most-wanted fugitives for his alleged role in the Rwandan genocide. The event features a distinguished panel that includes the Honorable Hassan Jallow, current Chief Justice of The Gambia and former Chief Prosecutor for the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda; Eli Rosenbaum, the former Director of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Special Investigations and its current Director for Human Rights Enforcement Policy and Strategy; and Arthur Traldi, an expert on international law and former war crimes prosecutor, with whom Pearlman has previously written on international criminal law issues.
