Senior Diplomat Kurt Donnelly Joins Lexpat

Lexpat Global Services, LLC, is excited to announce that former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Kurt Donnelly has joined our team as a Senior Consultant for Policy, Security, and Risk. Kurt will also lead our Energy and Climate consulting practice.
In addition to his time as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Energy Diplomacy, Kurt’s impressive career as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer included time serving as the Acting Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of Energy Resources, and as Deputy Chief of Mission and Chargé d’Affaires at U.S. Embassy, Belgrade. He also served in senior positions at the U.S. mission to NATO, with the National Security Council at the White House, and in key posts in Afghanistan, Germany, Hungary, Russia, and Turkey.
